Fill humidifier by partially filling a bowl of water and placing the humidifier upside-down, halfway in the bowl and leave it for about three minutes. Wipe off excess water and install humidifier in humidor and leave closed for 24 hours. Open humidor, refill, re-install, and leave closed for another 24 hours to season for initial use. Periodically check humidity levels and remoisten as needed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or air conditioning ducts.
