Refund and Returns Policy

At Everyday Apparel Co., owned by Babu Jeff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as ‘final sale’ or ‘non-returnable’ at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way after receipt.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these circumstances.
